Steven’s Appliance Service should be your very first call! Steven has resuscitated my 20 plus year old sub zero refrigerator/freezer twice in the past five years for a fraction of the cost of replacement. Steven is an excellent communicator on price and scheduling. Honest, reliable, quality work!!!! I highly recommend.

Steven's Appliance proved to be reliable, professional, and experts in appliance repair. They were responsive and came to the house on time and as scheduled. Steve's initial assessment of our broken washing machine was accurate. He ordered the right part and the repair was successful. Steve and his wife are excellent communicators. They advised us when they were on the way and when they were about to arrive. They kept us apprised of the part status. Steve is honest and a straight shooter. You can take him at his word. I called Steven to secure a dishwasher that was incorrectly installed, and consequently was falling out of it's spot in the cabinet when the door was opened. He drove to Pocatello, & determined how to fix it, (which wasn't really straightforward). Steven 3D printed a new frame for the dishwasher, drove back to Pocatello and installed it, returning the dishwasher to a secure and usable state. And all that for $186! I appreciated his quick reliable service. I'll call them again!
